Specifications:
Machine frame and conveyance system:
A solid and welded machine frame forms the basis of the drying system. Adjustable feet with integrated vibration dampers allow precise adjustment of substrate transfer.
The conveyor belt drive is infinitely adjustable. A change of speed can easily be made via the touch display.
An integrated vacuum cooling system reliably prevents overheating of the machine and the conveyor belt during long operation times.
Control cabinet:
The control cabinet is fixed to the machine frame on the side. This saves space and requires no additional installation costs.
The integrated display has a user-friendly graphical touch-screen interface. All process parameters are clearly displayed here or can be easily changed.
Communication with other machines can be done via Siemens PROFINET.
Reflector module housing:
The UV lamp housing has a controlled cooling system. Typically cooling occurs only by exhausting the hot air. The intake air then occurs by suction underneath the lamp housing.
Dry-Tron® uses controlled cooling. The system is supplied with cooling air externally. UV lamp, reflector, shutter and substrate are located in a regulated cooling air flow.
UV -Radiation shielding:
Before and after each UV radiation module there is a radiation-shielding element with cooling function.
An ultrasonic sensor checks the material flow contactlessly. If no goods are present or in case of a plant stop, the system goes into standby mode. The used sliding shutter closes the lamp housing and the lamp power is reduced to about 20%.
UV- Power-Control:
The drive and precise control of the UV lamps are achieved via a special power-management control.
The anytime exactly reproducible UV radiation output, even with aging of the lamp bulbs, is regulated by using a microcontroller.
