Color change system for 2+1 pumps for spray machine

Description: This color change system can control two different colors (pumps). It supplies four high-pressure spray guns with paint. The colors are connected to a distribution block installed at the front of the machine. There, one valve always controls one pump. Two paint pumps and one flushing agent pump are controlled here. During a color change, the spray guns are always automatically flushed through a closed loop. This ensures minimal cleaning effort for the spray guns during a color change. The gun test button on the spray gun can then be used to check whether the nozzles are clear and the line has been properly flushed. The paint residue and the cleaning agent are drained into a separate container.
