Color change system for 2+1 pumps for spray machine

Description: With this color-change system, 2 different colors, (pumps) can be actuated. 4 HD spray devices are supplied with color. The colors are connected to a distribution block, which is installed at the front of the machine. There, 1 valve always actuates a pump. Here 2 color pumps and one dishwashing detergent pump are actuated. During a color change, the spray devices are always automatically rinsed by a ring line. This guarantees a low cleaning effort for the spray devices during a color change. It can be checked with the spray nozzle tester button of the spray device whether the nozzles are free and the line is properly rinsed. The paint residues and the cleaning agent are led into a separate container.
