The Optima model was developed for automatic painting of various plate-shaped products. It is extremely easy to operate and, with an paint recovery system, it works very efficiently. It is standard equipped with a high-pressure pump and four spray devices. Supply air and exhaust air system: The suction system that filters the overspray from the exhaust air through paint-stop green and hole paper filters, belongs to the standard equipment. The supply air system that sucks clean air through class F5 filters into the cabin is also part of the standard equipment of the Optima. Product Scanning System: The scanner sensor bar detects the dimensions of the parts to be painted. As a result, only the scanned parts are sprayed, which means that the color consumption is optimized and less paint is used. Color recovery system The color recovery system scoops the paint from the feed belt and enables so optimal utilization of the overspray that has been deposited on the belt. The recovered paint can then be reused. Control system A colored 7-inch touch screen that enables control and storage of all functions and operating parameters, belongs to the standard equipment. With the optional IoT system, all production data can be monitored online and daily production reports can be sent. Spray arm: The machine is equipped with a painting arm. The spray devices are installed in the duo system on the spray arm. The operating speed can be set automatically via the touch screen. The arm speed can reach up to 180 m/min. The portable construction allows easy nozzle replacement and the adjustment of angle and heights. Spraying equipment: A high-pressure pump and four spray devices are included in the machine delivery.
