Equipment: - Direct UV operation: Radiation from the UV lamp hits the painted part directly - Cold UV operation: Radiation from the UV lamp does not hit the painted part directly; radiation is redirected via an additional cold UV mirror system, so that the heat is reduced on the workpiece. - Stand-by operation: Through the electronic UV switching devices installed here, the dryer can switch very quickly between normal operation 60 - 120 W/cm and stand-by operation below 50 W/cm back and forth. On the UV and temperature-resistant conveyor belt, input and output sensors are installed to control stand-by operation.
