Lacquer table Martin Speed 20 -10 Paint without masking! The paint table is used for painting or treating surfaces without the workpieces having to be “masked” on the underside. The savings in this work step, which is also referred to as a “masking”, are substantial. A roll of release paper is unwound and wound over a pneumatic drive (ATEX) over a statically neutral PP support. Partially, individual elements can be pneumatically lifted so that the workpieces lie freely from below and can be easily removed. Controls for the lifting elements and the feed via the release paper are purely pneumatically controlled via a foot switch. Thus the paint table can also be used in explosive atmospheres. For processing, the paint table can be rotated by 180°. The construction rests on a framework of a steel welded construction on four (4) sturdy nylon wheels, of which two (2) have a brake.
