Paint table Martin Speed 20 -10 Painting without masking! The painting table is used to paint or treat surfaces without having to "mask" the underside of the workpieces. The savings in this work step, also known as "masking", are considerable. A transport paper roll is unwound and rewound via a pneumatic drive (ATEX) over a statically neutral PP support. Individual elements can be partially lifted pneumatically so that the workpieces are exposed from below and can therefore be easily removed. The lifting elements and the feed via the transport paper are controlled purely pneumatically via a foot switch. This means that the coating table can also be used in explosive atmospheres. The coating table can be rotated through 180° for processing. The construction stands on a welded steel frame on four (4) heavy-duty nylon wheels, two (2) of which have brakes.
