Condition: NEW with pneumatic clamping device. The universally applicable mounting station for the manufacture of wall, ceiling and roof elements in timber frame construction. - Heavy base construction of the machine frame for a flat working surface. - Clamping of the elements via 9 system clamping beams with pneumatic pressure cylinders. The system clamping beams are extendable for element heights from 100 to 3,800 mm. The cylinder stroke is 320 mm, the clamping force per cylinder approx. 420 kg/4,200 N. at 10 bar operating pressure It can be clamped in two groups 5 pieces and 4 pieces, so two elements can be clamped/processed simultaneously. - Paneling of the work surface as technically possible with wooden boards. (As an option, a perforated sheet plate is available, as shown in the photo) ) - Stop mechanism bottom with 9 dowel bolts and on the side with 7 dowel bolts for dimensionally accurate elements. - Tilting device of the mounting station via 3 hydraulic cylinders for element weights up to 4,000 kg to 85° (95°). The hydraulic system is compactly integrated in the frame area of the mounting station. - The electrical control cabinet is also protected, installed under the mounting station. - Operation of the functions is via an operating bottle. - On both station end faces there is an air connection and a socket installed and on the station length side there are 2 sockets and 2 air connections for coupling hand-held tools installed. - The stations are built using a modular system, so that they can be extended with a taking station to a complete swing station either now or later.
