The perforated sheet plate has 17 mm holes, thickness 4 mm, hole spacing 65 mm. Here hand press cylinders that are 360-degree rotatable can be inserted to clamp all geometries. - The working height of the stations is approx. 700 mm. - The heavy machine construction is the basis for absolutely flat elements with an element weight up to 4.0 t. - 10 pcs system rack beams with plug bolts height 120 mm installed transversely into the working surface of the station, for inserting the plug bolts, for pressing wall elements as well as knee walls with a height under 2.50 m, and for pressing cylinders for slanted wall constructions. - Stop at the bottom and on the left side with 47 pluggable swivel bolts in corrosion-resistant version distance between the supports for stop bolts, approx. 600 mm - Mounting device up to 80°(95°) tilt angle - On the two station end faces and on the station lengthwise side opposite the pressing beams, 2 electrical outlets each and 2 compressed air connections each for connecting hand tools. - The stations are built in modular fashion so that they can be expanded later with a taking station to a complete turning station.
