Overview equipment: - Erectable - 2 divided press beams, motorized movable - Perforated plate covering - 4 plug-in clamping cylinders - 2 hinged stops at front sides - 2 longitudinal U-profile rails Description: The variable assembly station, manufacturer HESS PRO LIGNO - LP 12500 for the universal use for the assembly of single or double-sided planked wall, gable, roof and ceiling elements as well as knee blocks in frame construction. Heavy base construction of the machine frame for absolutely flat working surface. - An assembly station on which the framing and joist layer is positioned, laid out, tensioned and nailed at an exact angle. - The frame work is positioned by means of two movable press beams by means of motor-driven precision threaded spindles. The width adjustment and the pressing (tensioning) of the elements is done motorized at the push of a button. - Subdivided pressing beam 2 x approx. 6200 mm for simultaneous processing of 2 wall elements of different height. - The pressing pressure is continuously adjustable by means of an overcurrent relay. - The spindle drive ensures an absolutely parallel pressing of the wall elements and this is also ensured when several small wall elements are being elements are produced on the station at the same time. - The working height of the stations is approx. 700 mm. - 10 pcs. system grid beams, into which the insertion bolts height 135 mm from the pressing beam can be inserted, for pressing of wall elements as well as knee blocks with height below approx. 2500 mm and of pressing cylinders for inclined wall constructions.
