Description:
The variable assembly station, manufacturer HESS PRO LIGNO - LP 12500 for
universal use in the assembly of single- or double-sided planked
wall, gable, roof and ceiling elements as well as kneelers
in frame construction.
Heavy basic machine frame construction for absolutely flat work surface.
- An assembly station on which the framing and joist layer can be positioned, laid out,
tensioned and nailed at precise angles.
- The positioning of the framework is done by two movable press beams
by means of motor-driven precision threaded spindles.
The width adjustment and pressing (tensioning) of the elements is
done by motor at the push of a button.
- Subdivided pressing beam 2 x approx. 6200 mm for simultaneous processing of
2 wall elements of different heights.
- The pressing pressure is infinitely variable, by means of overcurrent relay, adjustable.
- By the spindle drive is an absolutely parallel pressing of the wall elements
guaranteed and this also if several small wall elements, on the
station are manufactured simultaneously.
- The working height of the stations is approx. 700 mm
- 10 pcs. system grid beams, into which the plug-in bolts height 135 mm
from the press beam can be inserted,
for pressing wall elements as well as kneelers with a height
below approx. 2500 mm and of pressing cylinders for inclined wall constructions.
Stops:
- Stop at the bottom with 20 stop plates, stop height 135 mm
- Stop at the side, left and right one swiveling stop each,
height 120 mm.
- Stop on the press beam, 20 pieces plug-in bolts, height 135 mm,
distance of the receptacles for stop bolts, approx. 600 mm
- Additional stop on the press beam front side, removable
- Set-up device up to 85° angle of inclination
- Station front side each 1 piece electrical connection 230 V. and a
compressed air connection for coupling hand tools.
