Display machine (trade fair) in Blomberg on display! The KR BM 600 is a planks and profile injection molding machine of the latest Kama generation. The machine is equipped with a wide cabin, a conveyor belt system with color recovery and belt washing system. SPRITZARME, PARTS RECOGNITION By default 4 adjustable spritzarms are installed in height, tilt and angle. On them the 4 spray units can be used. Through a parts recognition at the intake of the spraying device, the individual spray units are operated. CONVEYING TECHNOLOGY AND BELT CLEANING SYSTEM WITH PAINT RECOVERY The color sprayed onto the 600 mm wide polyolefin conveyor belt is automatically stripped off and can be reused through the color recovery system. Through the cleaning system, the belt is cleaned with a suitable solvent and completely dried by the roller and rubber claw combination. Overspray extraction Overspray is sucked off through dry filters: The operating and maintenance costs of this system are minimized.
